Norwegian Cruise Line® reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice should the closing price of West Texas Intermediate Fuel increase above US $65 per barrel on the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index). In the event a fuel supplement is charged, such supplementary charges are not included in the cruise fare. The fuel supplement charge will not exceed US $10.00 per passenger per day.

Is This Trip Right for You?

This is a moderately active cruise and tour program. Services of a Tour Manager are provided for the land tour in Florida, however the tour manager will not accompany passengers on the cruise. Expect from three to four hours walking every touring day while in Florida. The pace is moderate, however you will encounter some uneven or wet surfaces. Shore excursions are available to purchase locally on board the cruise.

This escorted tour and cruise package includes the services of a Tour Manager for Days 1-6. The Tour Manager will not accompany passengers on the cruise

DAY 1, Sunday - Arrive in Miami
Arrive in Miami, one of the world's most popular vacation spots with its trendy restaurants, energetic nightlife and pristine white sand beaches; shuttle transfer to your hotel. Tonight, meet your fellow travelers at a Welcome Meeting at the hotel. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 7PM on the day of arrival. We recommend that you select flights which arrive in your destination no later than 5PM on Day 1 of the itinerary or earlier, if possible

DAY 2, Monday - Airboat Tour, Everglades National Park
Get ready for an adventurous day at the Everglades National Park. Today you begin the Airboat Tour on a boat that skims swiftly over the water through these unique wetlands. After lunch, continue to the Everglades National Park where you learn more about the region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, drive south from the mainland over the spectacular Overseas Highway, an engineering marvel that stretches across huge expanses of water; view the Atlantic to the left and the Gulf on the right. The natural beauty is truly astonishing. Arrive in Marathon for the evening

DAY 3, Tuesday - Key West Excursion
Depart your hotel this morning for a full day excursion to Key West, arguably the most well-known of the Florida Keys, situated at the southernmost point of the United States. Upon arrival, hop on the world famous Conch Train for a "get acquainted" tour around the island, viewing popular attractions such as Mallory Square on the waterfront, Flagler Station, President Truman's "Little White House" and one of Ernest Hemingway's homes. Lunch on your own. Enjoy time at leisure this afternoon and into the evening to explore Key West. You will have ample free time to stroll the palm-lined streets and discover gingerbread mansions, tin-roofed homes and walk in the footsteps of many notable residents such as Lou Gehrig, Thomas Edison and Tennessee Williams. Or perhaps join the optional Key West Boat Tour this afternoon that explores sensational underwater sights aboard a glass bottom catamaran. Learn about the interesting wildlife in the area and see a living coral reef

DAY 4, Wednesday - Coral Castle, Little Havana, Art Deco District
This morning drive back to the mainland, where you will visit Coral Castle, also known as Rock Gate Park. This castle, constructed of megalithic limestone formed from coral, gives the structure its name. The sheer size and precision of the castle, carved single-handedly and secretly by just one man, has left the site steeped in mystery with conspiracy theories of the supernatural. Then, drive by the posh laid-back waterfront community of Coconut Grove with its magnificent homes nestled on gorgeous causeways. Continue to energetic "Little Havana"; leisure time to walk along the bustling main street of Calle Ocho where you'll find fabulous Cuban restaurants and even cigar stores! Enjoy the gorgeous views as you arrive in Miami Beach, with its rich history as an entertainment and cultural destination. From world-famous Art Deco architecture to renowned nightclubs to designer fashions, there's always so much going on in Miami Beach. Drive by Star Island, a man-made sand dredged island, and South Pointe Park, the southernmost point of South Beach with its wide walkways of glistening Florida limestone. From here, gaze at the expansive views of downtown Miami, the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. Stop to see the Art Deco district with its exuberant architecture and you'll understand why South Beach is called the "American Riviera"

DAY 5, Thursday - South Beach
Today, enjoy a guided visit of trendy South Beach. Free time to walk along pedestrianized Lincoln Road to see the world-class boutiques, art galleries, and charming outdoor cafes and just "people watch". There's always something going on along this popular strip - it's a fantastic place to discover all of the cultural contrasts of Miami. If you're sports-oriented, succumb to the lure of deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, golf or tennis, or, just bathe in the azure blue ocean and soak up the sunshine. You can also consider the optional Millionaire’s Row Cruise with lunch. Enjoy lunch nearby the bustling Miamarina at Bayside. Afterwards embark on a magnificent sightseeing cruise along scenic Biscayne Bay. On your last evening in Miami, perhaps dance all night, or enjoy one of the well-known international restaurants. Tonight, a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travelers and Tour Manager

DAY 6, Friday - Embark Cruise
Enjoy a morning at leisure in Miami. In early afternoon, transfer to the port to embark your cruise. The ship sails at 5:00 pm

DAY 7, Saturday - Nassau, Bahamas
Arrive in Nassau at 8:00 am. The island was once a hot spot for pirate activity and today visitors can learn the history of the island at the Pirates of Nassau Museum. Be sure to visit one of many lagoons to see local sharks, barracuda, and stingrays, or join an excursion to pet and play with dolphins up close. Set sail for Great Stirrup Cay at 5:00 pm

DAY 8, Sunday - Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas
This morning you will arrive at 8:00 am to Great Stirrup Cay. Spend a full day on the expanded white sand beaches and enjoy the many activities offered. Grab a bite at a new 8,500 square foot beach buffet which includes a central pizza making station, two grills, hot and cold food stations, as well as fresh fruits and breads. Set sail for Miami at 5:00 pm

DAY 9, Monday - Return Home
This morning, arrive Miami at 7:00 am. Disembark the ship and transfer independently to the airport for your departure flight

Optional Tours

This afternoon, explore sensational underwater sights aboard a glass bottom catamaran. Tailor-made glass provides continuous viewing for all passengers. The experienced captain and crew will provide information about the interesting wildlife that inhabit the region. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to see North America's only living coral reef, a mosaic of the most biologically diverse water biosphere in the world. While on board, enjoy a seated sundeck and air-conditioned viewing area as well as restrooms and a snack bar.
