Welcome to Australia! Arrive in Sydney, a fascinating metropolis with an exquisite harbor and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure to rest, relax and adjust to the new time zone

DAY 4, Tuesday - Morning Sydney City tour
This morning’s city tour of Sydney begins with a drive over the Sydney Harbour Bridge to Milsons Point, one of Sydney’s more affluent suburbs. From here, you’ll get a fantastic view of the iconic Sydney Opera House poised majestically on the water's edge, named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to North Head lookout for spectacular views of the harbor and Sydney skyline. Afterwards, head to Manly Beach, one of Australia’s most famous surfing beaches. Relax in one of the many beachside cafés, before going back to Sydney. Spend the balance of the day at leisure. This evening join the optional Sunset dinner cruise. Enjoy a cruise on Sydney Harbour. Savor a 3-course contemporary Australian a la carte dinner with drinks, while you'll enjoy spectacular views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge – an unforgettable experience!

DAY 5, Wednesday - Full Day in Sydney
Today, explore Sydney at your leisure or, join the full day optional Port Stephens Dolphins & Dunes tour. Depart Sydney and travel through the beautiful Hawkesbury Ranges. Visit the Australian Reptile Park and interact with the wildlife, feed the friendly kangaroos and take a walk with a giant Galapagos tortoise. Continue to the picturesque coastal town of Port Stephens, often referred to as Australia's blue water paradise. Board your luxury boat and head out on the water in search of dolphins. The gentle bottlenose dolphins have several pods in the area so there is a very good chance of seeing one. Afterwards, proceed to the the largest sand dune system in Australia and travel in a 4WD to Stockton Bight where you can sand-board and experience the thrill of high speed down the enormous dunes

DAY 6, Thursday - Full Day in Sydney
Enjoy a full day to explore Sydney at your leisure or join the optional Blue Mountains & Jenolan Caves tour. On today's full day tour, travel into the amazing Blue Mountains. Visit the charming village of Leura, its tree-lined main street is great for browsing through its many antique shops, bookstores and art galleries. Afterwards, drive through picturesque Katoomba, the gateway to the Blue Mountains region. Stop at Echo point lookout for stunning views of the valley and the iconic Three Sisters rock formation, a spectacular sight. Head to the Jenolan Caves, via the stunning scenery of the Cliff Drive. Visit the awe-inspiring caves and admire the dazzling limestone formations and underground rivers. Before returning back to Sydney take in the beauty of the Blue Lake with its surreal vivid blue color

DAY 7, Friday - Full Day in Sydney
Spend your last day at leisure in Sydney, exploring perhaps the Rocks, a historic area where the city was founded by Captain Arthur Phillip or, join the full day optional Aussie Farm, Food & Wine Trail tour. Travel on the Great Northern Road and view lush bush landscapes. Arrive at Canoelands Orchard and take a tractor ride through the orchards and learn how the fruit is grown. Afterwards, depart for the Tobruk Sheep Station and get a taste of life on an outback sheep station. At Drover's camp, treat yourself to a traditional stockman's tucker with billy tea around the campfire. Watch sheep mustering and sheep shearing demonstrations and admire the skill and agility. After all that excitement, enjoy some real Aussie hospitality with a mouth-watering BBQ. A relaxing wine tasting follows at Tizzana Winery. Sample cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and muscat varieties accompanied by olives, cheese and crackers. Afterwards, visit Australia's oldest church Ebenezer built in 1809. Conclude the tour with a stop in the colonial town of Windsor before returning to Sydney

Travel to one of Australia's most celebrated wine-producing regions, the Hunter Valley in New South Wales. Here, you are going to taste some of the finest wines the area has to offer, including Shiraz, Semillon, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. At your first vineyard Leogate Estate Wines, experience a guided tour of the winery to learn about the winemaking process whilst sampling some of their award winning wines. At Hunter Resort, nestled within its own 40 year old Shiraz vineyards, you are treated to a tasting platter lunch of seasonal local produce along with a range of wine tastings to complement the food. Continue to McGuigan Wines, with a history in wine-making dating back to the late 1800s and taste some of their fine wines. Before returning to Sydney, visit the Hunter Valley Garden Village, a beautiful spot, with boutique stores and majestic gardens. Make sure you take a peek in the Hunter Valley Chocolate Shop, famous for its unique handmade chocolate products.
