    Day 1 (Monday): Depart USA


    Day 2 (Tuesday): Arrive Beijing

  • Arrive into Beijing's Peking Capital airport
  • Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide
  • Accommodation in Beijing


    Day 3 (Wednesday): Beijing

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • A full day excursion to the Great Wall, the landmark of China. It is one of the most amazing feats of human labor.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • After lunch, drive to the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way with giant marble figures and animals guarding the tomb area for deceased emperors of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644AD)
  • Accommodation in Beijing (B,L)


    Day 4 (Thursday): Beijing

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Embark on a morning tour of Tian'anmen Square, the largest public square in the world, and the Palace Museum known as the Forbidden City. The complex of imperial palaces were home to the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for over 500 years. Some of the grand halls are used as museums for fine collections of Chinese treasures.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Continue to the Summer Palace, a former summer resort for the royal family, and take a boat ride on it's Lake Kunming
  • Roasted Duck Dinner at a local restaurant

    Day 5 (Friday): Beijing - Xian

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Morning sightseeing to visit the Temple of Heaven, where the Ming and Qing emperors prayed for good harvest. It is the largest temple complex remaining in China today.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Flight to Xian
  • Upon arrival in Xian you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide
  • During your journey to the hotel visit the Ancient city wall, one of the few well preserved city walls in China

    Day 6 (Saturday): Xian

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • This exciting day of sightseeing will include the Terra-cotta Warriors and horses at the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang the first Qin emperor, and the Bronze Chariots
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Continue to Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built in 652AD. It contains a large volume of Buddhist scriptures, which were obtained from India by the eminent monk Xuanzang

    Day 7 (Sunday): Xian - Shanghai

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Morning visit to the Shaanxi Provincial Museum where you will discover how Xi'an became the cradle of Chinese culture.

  • Flight Xian to Shanghai
  • Upon arrival in Shanghai you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide

  • Morning sightseeing featuring a tour of the Yuyuan Garden, the old area of the city, and a stroll along the lively Waterfront Bund

    Day 9 (Tuesday): Shanghai - Guilin

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • This morning, Visit Shanghai Museum, one of the largest in China, which houses a collection of 120,000 pieces of cultural relics.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Afternoon flight to Guilin, a city known for it's beautiful landscape, the spectacular pointed mountains, the winding rivers and the limestone rock formations.
  • Upon arrival into Guilin you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide

    Day 10 (Wednesday): Guilin

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Embark on an exciting downstream cruise on the Lijiang River and be exposed to the indescribable beauty and scenery surrounding it.
  • Lunch is served onboard
  • Disembark at Yangshuo a small town with many stalls selling traditional Chinese arts and crafts. Visit these local markets before returning by coach to Guilin

    Day 11 (Thursday): Guilin - Guangzhou

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Begin the day with a city tour including visits to the extraordinary underground Reed Flute Cave, and a climb up the Fubo Hill for a panoramic view of the city.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Afternoon flight to Guangzhou, capital of the Guanghong Province and the most dynamic and developed commercial center of southern China
  • Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide
  • Afternoon sightseeing of the city includes visits to: Six Banyan Tree Temple and a trip to the City's flea market

    Day 12 (Friday): Guangzhou - Hong Kong

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Morning tour of Memorial Hall of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Ancestrial Temple of Chen Family.

  • Hydrofoil to Hong Kong
  • Upon your arrival in Hong Kong you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide.

    Required upon departure in local currency (cash only) the amount of approximately CNY 90 Ren Min Bi (approximately $11.00 US). Aircraft boarding will be denied to any passenger who fail to pay this tax which is collected after check-in and prior to boarding by Federal Airport staff.

    Prices are per person based on double occupancy. Purchases within 21 days will incur additional shipping and handling fees. Air carrier used in the package is based on gateway and availability at time of booking and multiple flights connections may be necessary. Flight departure times may be at any time on your requested departure day. This package is based on Monday departures only. Surcharges up to $60 per person each way apply for return travel Friday, Saturday and Sunday depending on travel dates. Air taxes/Government-imposed fees/surcharges are excluded. These fees are in addition to the package prices and will be added to invoice. Travel is valid for these dates only. Certain other restrictions may apply, and offer is subject to change without notice. No request will be processed until full payment is received.
