Arrive and transfer to Nairobi Serena hotel for overnight. Kenya's capital is cosmopolitan, lively, interesting and pleasantly landscapted.

Free day to enjoy Nairobi at your leisure

Day 5: (Wednesday) Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast fly from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro. Enjoy an afternoon game drive. Wildlife here includes the zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala, caracal and serval cat, lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, wild dog as well as over 400 species of birds.

Day 6: (Thursday) Amboseli National Park
Spend the hole day in Amboseli game viewing. Amboseli National Park lies at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro, and offers visitors the best opportunity to view the endangered black rhino.

Day 7: (Friday) Amboseli National Park / Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast fly from Amboseli to Samburu National Reserve. This reserve is rich with wild animals and birds. The reserve is situated on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in Kenya. This means plenty of water, trees and shade to attract wildlife like elephant, lion, giraffe and zebra from the surrounding savannah plains. Leopards are also regularly spotted.

Day 8: (Saturday) Samburu National Park
Spend the whole day on a game drive in Samburu National Park. Samburu boasts unusual fauna of all of East Africa's savannah reserves. There is the densely stripped zebra, the giraffe, the regal oryx and a comically long-horned gazelle.

Day 9: (Sunday) Samburu National Reserve / Masai Mara Game Reserve
Today fly across the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara Reserve and spend the afternoon game viewing in this renowned reserve.

Day 10: (Monday) Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend the day observing wild animals in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The large concentration of game in this relatively small park has earned it the reputation as the most prolific game viewing spot in Africa. The reserve borders Tanzania and the two countries share the vast Serengeti Plains, with wildlife free to roam between the countries in search of food. The concentration of game in the Mara during the mass migration is mind-blowing, and this is one of the few areas where you are likely to see the "Big Five" - buffalo, elephant, rhino, lion and leopard.

Board this morning flight to Nairobi. Transfer to your hotel.

Rates do not include conservation levies Conservation fees are due at time of entrance in local currency. The fee is approximately $10 per person per day.
Please note: Our award-winning carrier Virgin Atlantic Airways operates non-stop flights to London from JFK, Newark, Boston, Washington Dulles, Orlando, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. All other destinations within the U.S. are serviced by Continental Airlines or Delta Airlines and will be routed to connect through to Virgin's New York gateway.
Kenya Visa Requirements:
Passport, visa, and onward/return ticket is required. Visas should be obtained in advance. Evidence of yellow fever immunization may be requested. Tourist visas require 1 application form, 2 photos, onward/return ticket and applicable fee (money order or cashier's check only). Expediated visa service is available for an additional amount.
