Restrictions
For your security, Gift Certificates will only be mailed to the purchaser's name and street address. We are unable to mail Gift Certificates directly to the recipients. A street address must be provided, and we cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. This certificate is valid from one year of issue except (a) certificates purchased in California or New Hampshire which do not expire, and (b) certificates purchased in Hawaii and Massachusetts which are valid for two years from the date of issue. In states where expiration dates apply, this certificate must be redeemed and travel must be completed within the applicable period of validity. If the full amount of a certificate is not used, the remaining portion will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate. The amount of the credit will be calculated after all certificates submitted have been applied to the vacation purchase price, less any charges or penalties. Any credit will be issued to the traveler named on the Gift Certificate. This certificate is non-refundable and has no cash value. All federal, state and local laws apply. Gift Certificates are transferable and therefore cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Certificates are non-commissionable.
