    DAY 2, Thursday - Full Day in New Orleans
    Today enjoy a walking tour through the French Quarter and Jackson Square. See the old Quarter come to life as you explore its secrets and begin to understand all it has to offer including the architecture, courtyards, gardens, food, music, and art. Your tour ends at the Cabildo, built under Spanish rule in 1795-1799, and the site of the Louisiana Purchase in 1803. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure

    DAY 3, Friday - Full Day in New Orleans
    Enjoy a second full day at leisure in New Orleans. Perhaps sample some of the local Creole cuisine which has drawn influences from Portuguese, Spanish, African and French cultures. Music lovers must visit one of the many jazz clubs offering everything from Dixieland Jazz to Funk

    At 9:00 am arrive at Falmouth, Jamaica, once a hub for the sugar, molasses and rum trade. Stroll the city's streets lined with beautiful Georgian architecture dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, or perhaps join a tour to the island's scenic interior to visit a rum factory. Be sure to visit a local restaurant to taste the island specialty, Jamaican Jerk, a spice mixture and cooking technique used for every kind of meat and seafood. At 6:00 pm set sail for Grand Cayman

    DAY 8, Wednesday - George Town, Grand Cayman
    At 7:00 am, arrive in George Town, part of the Cayman Islands. Sun lovers will want to kick back and relax on the world famous Seven-Mile Beach, while the more adventurous will not want to miss the once in a lifetime opportunity to visit Stingray City Sandbar. Here visitors will not only have the chance to snorkel with the local Caribbean stingrays, but also to feed and pet these gentle animals. This afternoon set sail at 4:00 pm for Mexico

    DAY 9, Thursday - Cozumel, Mexico
    Arrive in Cozumel at 9:00 am, and begin a fun filled day of exploration under the Caribbean sun. Water sport enthusiasts will not want to miss the secluded coves of Cozumel's beaches which make for some of the finest snorkeling in the world. If you are looking for a break from the beach, perhaps join a tour to the nearby Mayan ruins of Tulum. Dating back to 600 AD, these ruins are a breathtaking example of the precise architectural skills of this lost civilization. Set sail at 6:00 pm for New Orleans
