Monday, May 12, 2014 - Arrive in London - London Eye - Thames River Cruise
Arrive in London 6:55.  Upon completing Immigrations and Customs,  be met by a waiting guide and coach. Upon boarding the coach, you will depart for central London for a panoramic sightseeing tour including such sites as Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace and more. Then you will take a ride on the London Eye offering spectacular vistas over London. At 135 meters high, The EDF Energy London Eye is the world's tallest cantilevered observation wheel. During the graceful 30 minute experience, customers can see up to 40km from their fully enclosed, state of the art glass capsules. Since opening in 2000, it has welcomed over 36 million visitors and has won 80 awards for design and engineering, tourism, customer service as well as numerous people's choice awards. In a short period of time, it has become a 21st century symbol for modern Britain and a global icon. Next you will enjoy lunch at a local pub. Following lunch, you will take a Thames River cruise experiencing many of the sites of London from a river view seat. Following the cruise you will board your coach and go to your hotel for check-in. The balance of the day is free to continue to explore London on your own.

Tuesday, May 13, 2014 -  Tower of London - Globe Theater
This morning you will depart by coach for the Tower of London.  Your Local Guide will entertainingly apprise you of the many betrayals and beheadings that have taken place there.  It was not always good to be king - or queen.  You will see Traitors Gate, the scaffold site where prisoners where executed, hear about all of the Royal intrigue as you experience the many interesting historical sites within the tower grounds. A highlight is sure to be viewing the Crown Jewels. Following this extensive and enlightening tour you will board your coach and drive across thee Thames for a visit to the Globe Theater.  This recent recreation is one of the most important public theaters to grace a town. You will learn of the Globe's construction and learn about the production of the play from this behind the scenes viewpoint. Following your visit, you will return to your hotel.

Today is a free day to explore London on your own. London has many world class museums including the National Gallery, Victoria and Albert Museum, and the British Museum which are all free of charge. There are also a large variety of interesting walking tours for interests of all kinds.
This evening you will have tickets to a West End Show.  As your hotel is located in the West End area, you can make your own way to the theater. The Show details will be advised.

Thursday, May 15, 2014 - Windsor Castle and Stonehenge
Today you will depart the city of London as you first arrive at Windsor Castle, which has been occupied by successive monarchs for over 900 years. William the Conqueror through the current Queen have all lived at Windsor. Visit St. George's Chapel and the State Apartments. Enjoy time to admire the castle or meander through the historic town of Windsor.  You will have time for lunch on your own in town before proceeding to Stonehenge, the most famous prehistoric monument in the world, and now a world heritage site. Its origins date back nearly 5,000 years and it has been home to pagan religion and spiritual worship, not to be mention public debate ever since. Admire the mystic stone circle set on Salisbury Plain and marvel at its ancient construction as you admire and wonder at the stones and configuration.  Following your visit, you will return to London.

This afternoon you will depart for St. Paul's Cathedral.   St Paul's, with its world-famous dome, is an iconic feature of the London skyline. Step inside and you can enjoy the cathedral's awe-inspiring interior, and uncover fascinating stories about its history, including the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer.  Following your guided your, you will remain for the Evensong, before returning by coach to your hotel.

Monday, May 19, 2014  - Harry Potter Studios - St. Albans - Oxford
Today you will depart for the Harry Potter Studios. Your ticket includes entrance to Warner Bros. Studio Tour, a behind-the-scenes walking tour, which immerses guests into the world of film-making. The Studio Tour features the actual sets, costumes and props used in the Harry Potter film series. You'll be able to see the incredible British artistry, technology and talent that goes into producing world famous and successful movies, all located at the studios where they were filmed. Then you will drive to nearby St. Albans for a guided tour.  You will also have time for lunch on your own.  Then  you will depart for the college town of Oxford.    Upon arrival, enjoy a tour of Christchurch established in 1546. The college is the setting for films such as Harry Potter, Brideshead Revisited and, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Admire the ivy-clad walls of Oxford's beautiful chapels, halls, and libraries while learning of the traditions surrounding the institution and the famous students who have studied here.  You will have free time here before returning to London.

    TERMS OF PAYMENT:

    Initial Group Deposit:
    $500 per group non-refundable deposit and signed contract is due to reserve services. If group fails to materialize, deposit will be transferred to your next group within 24 months of original date, maximum two transfers. RECEIVED THANK YOU.

    Airfare: Currently we are holding 20 airline seats. Seats will be held until February 10, 2014. After February 10, 2014 seats that were not released and or not used will be subject to a penalty of $100 per unused seat.

    5. Rooming list (if you do not have a final rooming list we need a tentative with specified who will be a single and who will be in a double room)

    Cancellation:
    Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure.
    Up to 180 days prior to departure: $500 per group
    179 to 101 days prior to departure: $200 per person
    100 to 61 days prior to departure: $300 per person
    60 to 31 days or less prior to departure: 75% of land/cruise services & 100% of air cost
    30 days or less prior to departure/ no-show: 100% of all services

    FUEL SURCHARGES:
    Airlines and cruise-lines retain the right to adjust prices based upon market price fuel surcharges. In those cases, Virgin Vacations will adjust your invoice accordingly. In order to avoid these potential charges, your entire group must be paid in full and airline tickets issued.

    CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS:
    All prices are based on current rates of exchange. Your final invoice will reflect any increases resulting from currency fluctuations.

    SINGLE OR TRIPLE ACCOMMODATIONS: are limited and subject to availability.

    SCHEDULED BUS TOURS:
    Due to the limited capacity of our tours, we will periodically review the progress of your sales and reserve the right to recall group space without names and “per-person” deposit at any time,
    with 7 days notice.

    DOCUMENTS:
    Charge for paper documents when e-documents are available is $30 per person. Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, documents will be sent via email 21 days prior to the onset of services. Paper documents, when requested, will be delivered approximately 14-21 days prior to the onset of services. A complete street address is required for mailed documents (no PO boxes).

    AIRLINE SEATS:
    Seats will be requested per your completed passport name list and confirmed no earlier than 40 days prior to departure. Every airline has different seating policies. For individual airline policies and other relevant information go to http://www.virgin-vacations.com/airlinepolicies.aspx Any name change may result in that seat being revoked by the carrier. Bulkhead and exit row seats are considered at airport check-in only. Domestic flights are blocked for group seat requests.

    TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES:

    Tour participants requiring any form of assistance are required to notify Virgin Vacations Travel in writing at the time of reservation, and must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. Clients with special needs will be better served independently. Virgin Vacations can suggest touring options based upon specific requirements.
    Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches, nor are these devices suitable for touring. These devices may be utilized in public spaces such as airports, however may not be used while sightseeing. Any such devices will necessarily be counted as a checked piece of luggage, and passengers should consult with respective airlines for specific regulations.

    OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES:

    A limited selection of optional excursions and activities are available for purchase with escorted tour programs and form an integral part of the tour program. When traveling on a Virgin Vacations escorted tour program, optional tours and activities may not be purchased from any third party without the prior written agreement of Virgin Vacations. Virgin Vacations is not responsible for any services not purchased from Virgin Vacations, regardless of any assistance or advice provided by any Virgin Vacations representative.

    GROUP PASSENGER AGREEMENT

    Please review and initial each item below to confirm your understanding of the following important terms which should be advised to all group members:

    ___ Passengers are responsible to obtain the correct travel documentation (passport, visa, identification) for the destination(s) to be visited.

    ___ Passengers have been offered the option to purchase travel insurance.

    ___ Virgin Vacations is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by Virgin Vacations Travel due to schedule and/or flight changes.

    ___ Wheelchairs, walkers and scooters are not permitted on“seat-in-coach” escorted tour excursions and Virgin Vacations reserves the right to remove any individual from a tour who has not provided the required advance notification.

    ___ Prior to completion of full payment and issuance of airline tickets for the entire group there is a potential for a price increase(s) due to fuel surcharges imposed by airlines, cruise lines and/or transportation companies, as well as potential for increases in government-levied taxes and fees. Once full payment is completed and all the airline tickets are issued, there will be no price increases. I understand that by my agreement, I consent to the potential for post-purchase price increases due to increases in fuel surcharges and/or government taxes.


    ___ Should I, or my companions, choose to participate in adventurous activities including, but not limited to, flightseeing, balloon rides, rafting, boat rides, canoe rides, ziplines, canopy walks, and animal rides, whether purchased via Virgin Vacations or not, we hereby release and discharge Virgin Vacations, its agents and employees from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in these activities. We agree that this release will be legally binding upon ourselves, our heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives; it being our intention to fully assume all risk of travel and to release Virgin Vacations from any and all liabilities.

    ___ Any and all disputes shall be brought before the Courts of Montgomery County, PA within six months of departure date.

    ___ I have read and understand all terms and conditions detailed in this proposal and at http://www.virgin-vacations.com/terms.aspx and my signature constitutes acceptance of those terms. I will review the terms and conditions with all passengers on this group.
