    DAY 1, Saturday - Depart the USA
    Depart the USA to Greece. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

    DAY 2, Sunday - Arrive in Athens
    Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure
    Overnight: Athens

    DAY 3, Monday - Sightseeing en route to Olympia
    Depart Athens via the scenic coastal road to the Corinth Canal, where you will visit the amphitheater of Epidaurus, still used today. After envisioning Thespis singing the purest of dithyrambs, continue via Nauplion to Mycenae, the heartland of Greek mythology. Visit the archaeological site known as the "Treasury of Atreus," and the Tomb of Agamemnon, built around 1250 B.C. From here, drive the Central Peloponnese Peninsula, whose primary cities were Corinth and Sparta in classical times, through to the towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis. Continue to Olympia, birthplace of the first Olympic Games

    DAY 4, Tuesday - Olympia Archaeological Site Tour
    Visit the archaeological site of Olympia, including the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the ancient stadium, and the Archaeological Museum, where Greek works of art such as Nike of Paionios and terracotta statues date to 5th century B.C. Drive north through the plains of Eliad and Achaia, crossing the Corinth Strait via a cabled bridge from Rion to Antirion. Pass the towns of Nafpactos and Itea en route to the city of Delphi, home of the ruins of the Tholos Temple

    DAY 5, Wednesday - Delphi Archaeological Site Tour, Travel to Kalambaka
    In the morning, visit the excavated site and museum of Delphi, where you will find the sacred Omphalos, once kept in the Adyton of Apollo's Temple, along with the Kourus Statues, Kleobis and Viton, and the 32 foot high Sphinx of Naxos, sitting on an Ionic column (circa 560 B.C.). Continue to the small town of Kalambaka, situated amidst smooth sandstone cliffs in the foothills of Meteora

    DAY 6, Thursday - Meteora Sightseeing, Return to Athens
    Visit Meteora, meaning "suspended in the air," with its mystical monasteries nestled perilously close to the edge of the bizarre rock formations. View exquisite specimens of Byzantine art, and then continue past Thermopylae, arriving in Athens in the early evening. Bid farewell to your tour manager upon arrival

    DAY 7, Friday - Athens City Tour
    Your morning tour of Athens will begin with panoramic views of Panathenian Stadium, the Presidential Residence, the ruins of the Temple of Zeus, and Hadrian's Arch. Continue on to visit the Acropolis, the ancient architectural masterpiece built during the Golden Age of Athens. Finally, visit the new Acropolis Museum, the striking modern building built at the base of the monument where many of the original statues from the Acropolis are now displayed. Enjoy the balance of the day at leisure

    DAY 8, Saturday - Embark Cruise
    Enjoy the morning at leisure before transferring to the port to embark your cruise. Get settled in your cabin and begin exploring the many unique features of your floating hotel. The ship will sail at 5:00 pm

    DAY 10, Monday - Full Day in Corfu
    Arrive to Corfu, Greece at 8:00 am. Known as the "Emerald Island" because of its lush greenery and breathtaking beauty, Corfu is one of the hidden treasures of the Mediterranean. The second largest of the seven Ionian Islands, Corfu has a breathtaking coastline and a lush countryside filled with olive groves, cypress, lemon and orange trees. Perhaps hike to the top of Mount Pantokrator for a panoramic view of the island's natural beauty. Set sail at 4:30 pm

    DAY 11, Tuesday - Full Day in Katakolon
    Arrive in Katakolon at 8:00 am. This small, picturesque seaside town is located only a short drive away from Olympia, where the ancient Greeks held athletic games in honor of their gods. Today, there is an extensive archaeological site and a remarkable set of ruins which include a gymnasium and stadium. If you'd prefer to relax in town, visit one of the seaside cafés and admire the beauty of the Mediterranean while sampling some local mezes (Greek snacks) and sipping ouzo. Continue sailing at 4:00 pm

    DAY 12, Wednesday - Full Day in Santorini
    At 10:00 am arrive on the Greek Island of Santorini, known throughout the world for its stunning Red Beach, colorful sunsets, and whitewashed buildings along the sea-cliffs. Its harbor, the island's distinctive caldera, was formed thousands of years ago by one of the most devastating volcanic eruptions in history. This event, which created the island's placid harbor, is believed to have led to the demise of the ancient Minoan culture and inspired several Greek myths. Set sail at 6:00 pm

    DAY 13, Thursday - Full Day in Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey
    This morning, arrive to Kusadasi at 7:00 am. Renowned for its beaches and attractive view of the Aegean, Kusadasi is near to several historical sites including Ephesus, a city created by the Ionians in the 11th century B.C. and later expanded by the Romans to become a powerful trading and religious center. Sail for Rhodes at 6:30 pm

    DAY 14, Friday - Full Day in Rhodes
    Arrive at 8:00 am in Rhodes, the largest island of the Dodecanese archipelago. Explore the island's medieval Old Town, preserved in and around the walls of a Venetian castle, built by the 14th century Knights of St. John. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the citadel of Rhodes is located at the far northern end of the island and is considered one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean. Set sail for Athens at 3:00 pm
