What better way to see this fantastic city than from the top of a City Sightseeing Tour Bus. Compare Edinburgh's Old Town, where families lived in cramped conditions and rubbish was thrown out of the windows to the elegant Georgian New Town with its three main streets and a square at either end.     Ghosts & Ghouls (WO) 8:00 PM Take a light hearted journey into Edinburgh's dark past. This tours offers a mix of dramatic story telling, history and haunted Underground Vaults. By day Edinburgh is a bustling metropolis, but at night the old buildings and narrow closes take on a more sinister air. A long history of murder, torture, hangings and plague has left a haunting legacy on the city's Old Town and ghostly apparitions now walk its streets. Enter the Underground Vaults whose walls, it is said, have absorbed the memories of those who once lived and worked there. This part of the tour is not for the faint-hearted. Cling tightly to the person beside you: we try to leave with the same number as we had on going in!

    Full Day Loch Ness & the Highlands of Scotland Tour 7:45 AM From Edinburgh, this tour heads towards Stirling, catching views of the Castle and the Wallace Monument. Our journey continues northwards to the Highlands over Rannoch Moor until we come to the Pass of Glencoe and hear the haunting story of the famous massacre in 1692. Continue to the Fort William area, then follow the course of the Caledonian Canal up the Great Glen to Fort Augustus on Loch Ness. Here you may choose to cruise the loch or enjoy this tranquil little village on the banks of Loch Ness.* Then, drive northwards along the entire length of Loch Ness, passing Urquhart Castle, where the water is 800 ft deep. Once heading south, pass over the Drumochter Pass, alongside the Perth to Inverness railway, the highest point on any railway in Britain. Descending through the Forest of Atholl, catch a magnificent view of Blair Castle, before making a stop in picturesque Pitlochry, a delightful Victorian resort town. On route back to Edinburgh, journey past Perth and through the Kingdom of Fife.
