    DAY 4, Monday - Travel to Sarajevo
    Today, travel from Zagreb to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina

    DAY 5, Tuesday - Sarajevo City Tour, Travel to Dubrovnik
    This morning, an orientation tour includes a visit to the picturesque Turkish bazaar "Bas Carsija," the Husref Bay's Mosque, Olympic Stadium and Gavrilo Princip Museum. Then, drive through the marvelous gorge of the River Neretva to Mostar to view the remains of the Turkish quarter and the reconstruction efforts of the 16th-century single arch stone bridge. Continue on to Dubrovnik

    DAY 6, Wednesday - Dubrovnik Walking Tour
    This morning, enjoy a walking tour of "Old Dubrovnik." Visit the Rector's Palace and view the Bell Tower clock, Orlando's Column and the Sponza Palace. Continue to view the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. Enjoy the balance of the day at leisure

    DAY 7, Thursday - Excursion to Montenegro
    Today, journey to the Republic of Montenegro. Drive towards the mouth of the beautiful Bay of Kotor, the longest and deepest fjord in Southern Europe. Pass through Risan and Kotor to Cetinje, the one-time seat of Montenegrin rulers. Tour this city-museum before returning to the coast for a short stop by Sveti Stefan and Budva before returning to Dubrovnik

    DAY 8. Friday - Travel to Split, Split City Tour
    This morning, depart Dubrovnik and travel north along the spectacular Adriatic coast, past old fishing villages and new resorts, to Split. Enjoy a city tour featuring the historic inner city, built around Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. View remnants of Split's Roman heritage and its Renaissance and Gothic structures including Jupiter's Temple, the Epistyle and the Cathedral

    DAY 9, Saturday - Trogir Sightseeing En Route to Plitvice Lakes

    DAY 10, Sunday - Walking Tour of Plitvice Lakes
    Today, visit Plitvice National Park and discover the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder that includes 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. A guided walk visits several of the lower lakes and the remainder of the day is at leisure

    DAY 11, Monday - Opatija Sightseeing En Route to Bled

    DAY 12, Tuesday - Tour Bled & Ljubljana
    A tour of Bled features its lakeshore and a visit to Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. Then, travel to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Visit the open-air market, City Hall, Robba's Fountain, the Three Bridges and the Parliament. Return to Bled in the evening

    DAY 13, Wednesday - Postojna Caves Sightseeing En Route to Venice
    Today, depart Slovenia for Italy with a stop to visit the Postojna Caves. With access to over five kilometers of caves, the Postojna Caves constitues the world's most extensive system open to the public. Tour the subterranean world by an interconnecting system of miniature electric trains. Following the tour continue towards Venice, the "City of Water"

    DAY 14, Thursday - Walking Tour of Venice
    This morning a walking tour of Venice begins at St. Mark's Square. Take the remainder of the day to explore Venice on your own. This evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant

    Kumrovec & Dinner A short yet scenic drive will take you to Kumrovec, situated on the bank of the river Sutla, along the Croatian-Slovenian border. Kumrovec's fame is that it was birth place of the late marshal Tito, the president of former Yugoslavia, whose house has since been turned into a museum. Today, the major attraction of Kumrovec is the Ethnological Museum Staro Selo (Old Village) with very well preserved village houses from the turn of the 19th to 20th century. Up to forty houses and other farm-stead facilities have been restored, which makes Staro Selo the most attractive place of this kind in Croatia. Later, follow a winding road through the Zagorje hills. An early dinner of genuine local specialties and wine is served at the farm restaurant Gresna Gorica (The Hill of Sin) with magnificent views of the 15th century castle Veliki Tabor.
